Every locality below is named on an Albury City Council page or in the City of Wodonga's flood and storm plan. Each suburb page takes one fact that is true of that place and turns it into a question to ask whoever quotes. The sources do not mention subfloor ventilation, so that last step is our inference and each page says so.

Two councils, two States
Albury is in NSW and its council is Albury City Council; Wodonga is in Victoria and its council is the City of Wodonga. The lines on these pages are labelled by side. Houses outside these two council areas are not covered here.
Areas without a page
The rest of the service area is covered on the same terms. We found a sourced fact for West Albury, Thurgoona, Killara and Leneva, but each was a catchment or road fact rather than one about the houses, and four pages split two and two across the river were enough. North Albury, Hamilton Valley, Glenroy and Springdale Heights are named only as study areas in a council page.
